Mountain Route No. 1: Visiting Orchards and Bandai Azuma Skyline

Fruit line is another name for this area that covers from Iizaka hot spring street to the entrance of Tsuchiyu hot spring. Visitors can enjoy fruit picking.

This hot spring is famous for its opaque hot water that has been prospering as Ouu Santakayu (one of the three famous traditional hot springs in Ouu area). It is also named as 'Kusatsu of the Tohoku area,' since the hot spring has high medical value.

This skyline is a mountainside road and its highest peak is 1,622 meters above the sea level. It is also selected as one of 'the 100 famous Japanese roads.'

Another name is 'Tsubakuro Valley.' It is popular as one of the autumn leaves' spots in fall.

It is also named as 'eyes of a witch' because the surface of the lake is shining cobalt blue elegantly. The beautiful lakes change their colors every season.

This famous mountain looks like a pretty but small version of Mt. Fuji. Visitors can make a round of the crater wall.
