Equipped with restrooms, eatery, and small supermarket. Easy for bikes to park. This is a great place to stop for those touring through the Abukuma Mountains. At the eatery, dishes are made using Kawamata Shamo chicken. The supermarket prices are very reasonable. You can't travel by motorbike along National Route 114 that goes right up to the border of Namie Town, but you can get around this by traveling via Iitate Village in the north, or via Route 349 in the south.
